Just wondering, is there actually a character sheet or other items for grag, as I would like to play a character like him in the future.

I have to confess there is no character sheet for Grag but I would love to see what you come up with. (Before you ask, no I won't share what race he is.

Also Nash, I have a confession' I know absolutely NOTHING about food. The rest of the cast will back me up, it even comes up in a special episode. I was lucky to even know what a keesh looked like!

Oneiros has always been my go to for weird food. I have another geek friend who is a professional chef and great and making recipes, he's a rusty quill fan so maybe I can bully him to show up here.

I *could* probably come up with a recipe for eel keesh and it's a common ingredient in Japanese cuisine... *ponders* How 'in-world' it would be is another matter, though.

I have a feeling that grag is a half giant approximately as high as a normal door (8 feet) his other race I assume is human due to not having any non humanoid races YET. I would assume that his charisma is low with the pronounciation of the word 'keeeesh' I assume that intelligence is lower than wisdom and consitution is through the roof. I do have no idea what his traits or stats would be. However I assume it would be similar to Bertie in some way (big, strength, smashy, moves)

Let's see... Grag (Half-Ogre) CR 5 XP 1600 Male human ogrekin Ranger (Wild Stalker/Urban Ranger/Skirmisher) 4 LN Medium humanoid (giant) Init 3; Senses low-light vision; Perception +9
DEFENSE
AC 17, touch 13, flat-footed 17 (Armor +4, +3 Dex, +3 natural) hp 52 (4d10+28) Fort +7, Ref +7, Will +1; Defensive Abilities uncanny dodge Weaknesses light sensitivity
OFFENSE
Speed 30 ft. Melee Unarmed Strike +11 (1d4+7), Cleaver +12 (2d6+7), Respect +12 (2d8+10) Ranged Ol'Ness +8 (2d6+7)
TACTICS
If Grag is tending bar and spots trouble brewing, he fetches down his composite longbow from over the bar and strings it. He either tries to threaten his opponents into submission or simply opens fire depending on the situation. Once he is deprived of easy ranged targets, he grabs the greatclub and hops over the bar to wade into combat. If he is caught unaware while behind the bar, he simply grabs the club and moves to settle things. If he is caught up in conflict while out from behind the bar, he uses the very large cleaver always hanging from his belt as a weapon and mixes heavy chops with brutal haymakers until the offending parties cannot offer opposition.
Grag only enters rage if matters seem especially dire, typically if a patron has already been wounded, he is facing more than three opponents, or he is reduced to 2/3rd of his health.

SPECIAL ABILITIES
Oversized Limb (Ex)
Grag can wield weapons one size category larger than normal without any penalty and gains a +2 bonus to its Strength.
Light Sensitive (Ex)
Grag has light sensitivity Here is my monstrous version of Grag. He struck me as likely being a member of one of the more 'savage' races but ultimately decided on going with a human ranger with the ogrekin template. I am sure there are ogres somewhere in Other London, it seems like the perfect place for them to lurk. I chose ranger for the survivalist flavor and augmented the levels of ranger with more than a few archetypes because I have a problem and need help.
Urban Ranger is one of my favorite ranger archetypes and one of the first characters I played was one. They trade out most of the wilderness survival stuff of the ranger for urban survival abilities, most notably it replaces Favored Terrain with Favored Community which provides similar bonus but provides that bonus in all environs contained within the chosen settlement or city as opposed to a specific type of terrain. It is a great choice for a character that is something of a fixture in their city.
The next archetype is Wild Stalker which trades Favored Enemy for a somewhat more limited version of the barbarian's Rage ability, provides some interesting skill bonuses, and swaps the Combat Style bonus feats for Rage Powers or more skill bonuses. It struck me as a good choice for a hulking brute instead of a specialized hunter. While not as potent as a barbarian's Rage, this will augment Grag's already amazing strength nicely.
The final archetype is Skimisher, which replaces the very limited spell casting of rangers with some more specialized abilities with a limited number of uses per day. Grag did not strike me as a spellcaster and without Favored Enemy access to the spells, namely Instant Enemy, is not as important.
I mostly blew his gold on weapons and then used the Downtime variant ruleset to determine about how much an Inn would cost so his gear is not exactly optimized but his ability to wield weapons meant for large sized creatures means that all of his combat options pack a punch. I intended his feats to set up later levels for getting things like Improved Grapple and Improved Bull Rush, since I figured most of his concern in fighting would be getting the miscreants out of his Inn.
Counting the CR increase from the template and the four level minimum I thought necessary to get all the sundry bits working together, we have a CR 5 NPC. All told, that is pretty darn potent considering the average human reaches maybe level 2 or 3 throughout their lifespan which is a CR 1 or 2. I figured Grag, being a very distinct NPC and a friend of the party to boot, deserved to be rather remarkable and would need to be considering what he likely had to survive to reach adulthood and then start his own business in the (endearing) cesspit that is Other London.

Without over-sharing you got a decent number of points correct. I won't say which ones though

Really? I started to build a proper NPC and then things got entirely out of hand.

It's only out of hand if it isn't awesome. Otherwise it's "creative".

You are talking to the man who built a tank commander and tank using legal Pathfinder rules. Sadly, I never got to use him.

You should message me that at some point I could steal it for series.

That better be a helpful NPC and not an antagonist!
