Non-Merch revenue idea - Rusty Quill penned NPCs (or even PCs for the adventurous!) for our own games. I'd pay for one. I'm sure between you, you have lots of bases covered in terms of building characters for different systems - but the authentic RQ colour and flavour would be cool to play around with.

All of these have been great suggestions. Some I have been planning others that never occurred but we will definitely do now.

*Brings out big quill and starts scribbling furiously* these guys can just do my job for me. There are some great suggestions here. Although magic sleeves for me automatically went to those fake sleeves that make you look like you have tattoos... And then I thought maybe really nice long gloves for formal occasions...

Ten things that could be sold as Merch (or ten reasons why I'm not allowed to develop merch ideas)
A d6, with Alex, Lydia, Ben, Bryn, James and an ugly dog instead of spots.
Rusty Quill branded pencils, that look neither rusty nor quill shaped because that would be too expensive.
Written missives from the Rusty Quill universe to the setting of the purchasers choosing, to be opened and read only in game - firstly rationalise the letter within your game, then improv off of it.
A battle map of the White Cliffs of Dover, with special traps that are set off by puns alone.
Official Permission to use Bertie (in Statue Form only) in your game.
An actual hat for games where you get given a hat to wear for doing cool stuff like in Goblin Quest. (I need a new hat, and my Sycophantic Fanboi Dunce Cap won't really do the trick for this)
Custom critical success/ failure tables.
Dust covers for source books that turns your pathfinder library into Campbell's most popular (and therefore worst) novels.
A crown for GMs to wear, because seriously I need a new hat. In thinking Overly Grandiose in terms of the crown. Something ludicrous.
WWBD? cards, to be handed out to players who are taking too long to sort themselves out and over thinking things. Hand them a 'What WOULD Bertie Do?' card and then they must do the thing that's on the back of the card, regardless of the appropriateness of that action at the time.

I love the WWBD? cards - I daresay I would probably be the recipient of more than one though...

If you say so. I still really want a crown that is made out of like nine other crowns, where each pointy bit is wearing a crown. And loads of purple velvet and instead of ermine the shaved whiskers of beardy players and instead of blood soaked diamonds the tiny super compressed carbon of beardy players hearts. But of course WWBD cards are the entire point of the rest of the list and I'm glad you like them

Would love to see battle maps (as I tend to have some problems with them), would also like to see custom success/failure tables for differing settings, as well as differing classes (I know thats a lot to ask for) Also GM hats containing THE SKULLS OF ALL THOSE WHO HAVE FALLEN BEFORE HIM/HER. Also more pointy rogue type weaponry is needed for..... reasons.

Besides the WWBD? cards, my favourite is the white cliffs of Dover map. It would be a giant vertical relief of James' face for a one off battle that you could do nothing with after it was used except install it as art. Though, to be fair, I'm just looking for a replacement for the tea towel I pinned to my wall as 'art'...

I think you guys mean WWSBMcGD cards. I prefer the WWBD as "What Would Brutor Do?" NOTHING WRONG! That's what Brutor will do. Brutor was not a brute, unlike that boorish McGuffingham. (Yes, I'm clearly still upset at Bertie).
