OR: "Hunting parties"
It's Basira's turn to read a statement, and we hear tell of a true crime club who turn to true crime to make things interesting after a strange encounter with a visitor. And Daisy comes to visit with news of John's return, the need for distraction and some troubling discussion about dreams...
A somewhat lower energy take after the outpouring of last week's revelations and the chance for Basira and Daisy to get a well-earned catch-up amidst the chaos of the Unknowing. Touching really, as we discover that Elias has the former detective out chasing down Stranger things.
But what's in store for our intrepid assistants? And what are the others likely to find in that storage locker?

Come on Lisa, the first rule of Murder Club is: You do not talk about Murder Club! (Sorry, couldn't resist). Though I doubt talking to the Institute counts since you can straight up admit to murdering someone and they let you walk away without calling the police. Or the crew from 2011 did anyway. Really enjoyed this story and Basira's narration was excellent! I think the wannabe killer should've picked a different animal mask though. He ended up more like a sacrificial lamb than a wolf. Wonder what dreams Basira and Daisy were having? The Hunt folks seem to work alone or in pairs, so maybe dreams are a way to coordinate them for an apocalypse ritual?
But what's in store for our intrepid assistants? And what are the others likely to find in that storage locker? Some folks speculated the storage locker contains the ancient skin or the page of Gerard's father, and I agree one of those seems likely. If the Unknowing can't be stopped until the ritual's already begun, then I suppose bringing the hostess that party dress she wants so badly is one way to get things moving.
