OR: "A Whole Host of Trouble"Our heroes continue to be (somewhat) suitably sneaky this week as they creep about the complex looking for answers. And it looks like they found them. Along with trouble. An army sized load of potential trouble. Oh, and a chimera. Just a shame that their exit couldn't be as smooth as their entrance, though Hamid does earn some style points for his increasing "Burn It With Fire" approach to dealing with problems So, a lot of supposed simulacra appear to being stockpiled, like an adamantine Terracotta Army... nothing ever bad has come from row upon row of identical looking figures, has it? Who are these intended for? What is their purpose? Let the speculation begin!

Could somebody please just tell Azu to cast "Detect Evil" again so we can get her on the "murder death kill" side of things and make this all go so much faster? I'm rather proud of Hamid for his solution to the guards in the way problem; he's taken very well to the idea that lethal force can be required at times. Now if we could just get the glowing pink wall of tanky-paladin-force to switch on that holy rage and take out some seriously monstrous problems things would get much better very quickly.
Thoughts: We learn in this episode and the last that all the goblin employees were recently let go. Would any/many of them have likely ended up over at the location that LOLOMG just "inspected" upon first arriving in Damascus? Second thought, does anyone of the group speak Spanish? Depending on how much of history remained the same or not, Damascus and Toledo (in Spain) were major competitors for their smithing and for years secret trade between the two or sending apprentices to learn from the other side was common practice to gain "insight" on rivals. Is it possible that is where many of the missing employees were transferred off to in that mysterious move?
In this week's update from my son: "Hamid is like an anti-fireman. Can I be Hamid when I grow up?" (This statement should worry me for many reasons)
