OR: "One-to-one assessment"
We're back on stage at the Archives this week, though it doesn't seem like the Stranger is in command of this performance. The joys of the soliloquy, a moment for an actor to shine or fail, depending on how well a block of text can be remembered. And when all your world is a stage, perhaps unsurprising that there's a Power to make it that all-encompassing nature literal rather than figurative.
And then, surprise, surprise, we get Peter Lukas with a few questions for Martin... just asking about Elias' behaviour, a concerned stakeholder or is there something more afoot? With poor Melanie distracted, Basira studying and Tim... well, being Tim, it seems like our poor archival assistant might be feeling a little stranded. Understandably so, right?

Good to know creepy masks aren't limited to one power. It's interesting Peter Lukas asked if the statement mentioned him. Just because it featured Isolation? Or is it possible he was the play's director or even the actor? Adonis Biros seems like a stage name. I love Martin's lack of hesitation when asked if Lukas scared him. Also, the empty knife threat. Not sure what Elias wanted to accomplish with that meeting other than just messing with them though. Sometimes it feels like the Archive is Beholding's version of the Daedelus. The assistants help the Archivist with research sometimes, but Melanie mentioned they don't have much direction besides that. Reminds me of the Daedelus folks assigned to pointless busy work until something horrifying happens. Could be one reason why Elias refuses to fire any of them. Wouldn't want any of his precious lab rats to escape.
Side note: Are most of the folks who used to post here just using Discord for discussions now? Seems pretty quiet lately and I haven't seen @justsomebodysmom or hyoscyamus in quite awhile.

Yep, glad the subreddit's still going strong. Just felt more comfortable posting over here I guess.

I just tend not to post when I've got nothing unique to say besides gushing over how good each episode is or how amazing <X> character is. Not that the episodes haven't been thought provoking or anything; just no thoughts I deemed worth sharing.
