I am quite curious how many lecherous references can be said about a brain? doesn't seem the sexiest of organs.
Therein lies the challenge, and the creativity. Plus there is a whole meme (in the original sense of the word) about the brain being the most erogenous zone. I say challenge and creativity, if I actually tried I'm not certain I could come up with anything better than "Phwoar, what a medulla oblangata!" or "Amygdala? I 'ardly know 'er!"

Oh my goodness. Re-created archive files would be amazing! Imagine that as a published book... *whirling ideas* I'll say nothing other than: wait to see the Patreon rewards. Patreon rewards? Wassit?

Those jokes should be buried in a Dad-Joke level of groan. And as for the brain; sexiest organ in the body. What else produces manifested desire, creates fantasies and can enhance the experience to be had? Best description of it as such was in 2002's 'The Guru'. Check it out. And Samwise, those are some lovely snaps of the brain pan, there! The CT ones always make me giggle: how they show the goggly eyes sticking forwards!

I hope you're feeling better, Samanthae!
Was listening to this one again this morning, was having a think about the black tendrils and the light going into Gertrude. I wonder if it wasn't something pumping into her, but something that she was absorbing. Maybe Gertrude was such a useless Head Archivist because she was busy being involved in some sort of occult happenings and was absorbing life or mana or energy from others?
I wonder if we'll hear more from Antonio. I love these sort of things, where we have people in totally alien environments and trying to work out it's rules, like the Mulefa in Amber Spyglass, or the recent events of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.. I'd be interested to hear if he found one tendril in someone and followed it backwards. What if they went back to Gertrude? What if she was absorbing the souls of people, and absorbing them at the point of death to cover her tracks?

So is the Graham that Mr. Blake broke up with the same Graham from MAG 3?

So is the Graham that Mr. Blake broke up with the same Graham from MAG 3? If so, it would be the "replacement" Graham - MAG3 takes place in 2006, and "Antonio" begins having his visions in 2008. More likely it's just another Graham in a city of 6million

Oh, apologies, I've been remiss. *hands Moss a tinfoil hat, red string, and a list of forum in-jokes* We have yet to convince anyone to give us fire extinguishers though... Gertrude Robinson is one of my favourite mysteries of TMA. I refuse to believe she was as...disorganised as JS suggests. Any theories on her fate going on what we have so far?

If she organised the archives for her predecessor, why not just put the answer to the mystery first, then have the other supporting cases afterwards, other than dramatic effect?

I guessed in another thread that The Magnus Institute has some elements within it that are perhaps trying to cover things up? All that business with the Lucases. Perhaps she was worried about doing things blatantly would draw attention to what she was doing and that she was on to something. Jonathan says he's been working at the Institute for four years iirc, so she might have known him, or at least of him, to know that he'd be able to connect the dots. On the other hand, we can presume that all the records that are being recorded aren't the only ones being sorted - Jonathan's said he's been working late, so other records are clearly being worked on. Or I may have tripped over my own red string.
