Merry Thursday folks! It's time for some bonus Magnus content folks as Director Alex talks to Writer Jonny to answer your questions about Season 1, the writing process and some behind-the-scenes info.
Thanks to everyone who submitted questions here or via other social media - hope this sheds some light on what goes on at Rusty Towers when we let Jonny out of the basement.
As Jonny mentioned, we've been nominated for the Audio Verse Awards for Podcast Drama. Voting is open until November 6th to make the semi-finals and you can do so here: www.audioverseawards.net/site/vote/

Ready and willing to vote! Anyone have any opinion on what I should vote for in the other questions to get to the Magnus one?
1/3 Solomon is close, and he is waiting CONFIRMED 2/3 The mad father rightly fears the bony man 3/3 The twins are of the Other, a beacon when hope is lost CONFIRMED

The Bright Sessions, we're Alive, Ars Paradoxica, Welcome to night vale, Return Home, No sleep are all good ones to vote for.
Its certainly given me some ideas on what to listen to when experiencing Magnus withdrawal symptoms (they are but mere sticking plasters for a gaping wound of course...)
When the Apocalypse happens I'd better be in a Library.

Coming out of lurking to to say how happy I am to have been turned on to M.R. James. Listening to recordings of his short stories have been wonderful at tiding me over until the podcast returns with the further adventures of Blackwood, James, and Stoker. I must say that M.R. James isn't as scary as the Magnus Archives, so I'm very eager for more full-on horror!
I've been away for ages so I missed this Q&A and it was a really great thing to come back to.
Also Kea how could you miss that.. you were the one who brought the Count up on here in the first place!
Interesting to hear Knifepoint mentioned - I found TMA because I ran out of Knifepoint after a marathon listenthrough and went looking for more good horror podcasts.
