OR: "The Gravity of the Situation"The expedition continues and the team have trekked their way to Mount Table, scaling the heights with some very tense moments indeed. And then, just as things look perilous for our heroes, lo and behold, we get a possible Newton Ex Machina - though we'll have to wait 'til next week to find out what became of the most powerful wizard in the world and how long it'll take for him to get exasperated by the antics of LOLOMG (Admittedly this is probably a mite longer now that Bertie isn't around #RIPFalcons) Ah, the travelogue episodes as a group tries to keep themselves entertained on long voyages across featureless terrain... the rousing games of I Spy really made me crack up as the 'game within a game' took its toll on GM Alex too

My least favourite part of this episode was the sound effect inserted when Hamid slipped on the climb. I winced heavily.

Agreed, that sound made it so much worse. >___< But overall this episode made me laugh so much! Wonderful summary as always, Oneiros ! The I Spy play going on was hilarious! They manage to annoy people (Alex) just fine without Bertie. XD Also, that you were talking about your dice made me very happy! Nerd-interests FTW! Now I only need to know how Lydia's, Ben's and James' (and maybe Jonny's) dice look like. *hinthint-wink-nudge*

Did we ever get an answer to the final round of I Spy?

Wow, you all should probably burn your dice now. They really tried as hard as they could to assassinate Hamid.
Also, I would definitely listen to a podcast just of Ben and Alex bantering at/taunting each other.
I'm so excited for badass Isaac Newton!!

I said this on Facebook, but it bears repeating... Alex dropping dice... after dice... after dice, to decide the total damage Hamid was taking had me cringing. I literally slumped over my desk, and then he rolled yet another one. We just lost 2 party members and Hamid's sister in the matter of 48 hours! The stress was too much.
But I agree, 2 (or *laughs* 4) 1's in a row was just awful. That's what happens when a certain voice in the sky gets angry. He's got legit powers and was not afraid to use them.

Alex is not a merciful god - the Paris catacombs prior to Mr Ceiling established that.

Alex is not a merciful god - the Paris catacombs prior to Mr Ceiling established that. I’d allow characters the mercy of death.

I'll throw an *allegedly* up for starters: the way I've heard it is that it helps to align the polymer chains in the plastic, so if there is an imperfection in the internals of the die causing it to be unbalanced then it can help to correct it. again, I'll throw out an allegedly for this!
