This was, perhaps, one of my favorite episodes. Everyone was in fine form for it. The intra-party conflict got handled pretty well too. Players can forget that it is almost entirely their responsibility to provide a character that is at least willing to work within the group.
Also, wild prediction here, but I don't think the Chunnel trip is going to be as uneventful.

Loved this episode, the 'touching romantic moments' between Bertie and Wilde made me laugh out loud on the train.....got some funny looks. I agree, the group handled the intra-party conflict well; too often I've played/DM'd and players refuse back down/compromise even if it de-rails the game.

I agree, I really enjoyed the party dynamics in this episode, it was really satisfying. I feel like there's a lot of good stuff in this episode - I really loved Sasha's reactions to being outside London and trying seafood. I also love any time Hamid gets squeaky, it's never a conscious decision, it just happens when I'm doing his voice and then get highly animated. The Bertie/Wilde scene was glorious and horrific. James accused me of homophobia, I responded that it is simply Bertiephobia.

Imagining Bertie's bedroom antics is somehow worse than imagining your parents' escapades. I theorize that this is because Bertie feels like that weird rich uncle that always asks off-color questions at family gatherings and eats all the deviled eggs off the meat platter.

loved the episode and the interplay between the characters, especially with the noticing of certain characters at the end. Something that I do have to check though, is where Brutor was during the Wilde/Bertie 'conference' the last thing that I was sure of was that Bertie was carrying him in his knapsack, also episodes need more Brutor.

Lydia was brilliant in this episode - I feel like Sasha is really coming alive as a character. The Hamid and Zolf interplay is coming along well - I think Zolf ultimately came out of this one with the upper hand.
And Bertie. Oh Bertie.

Oh my god! This is such a good point. I don't think Hamid is really a dog person, but I bet Bertie just left him in my apartment. Need Alex Newall or sirbertrand to clarify this i think.

It's pointless having an NPC dog if it doesn't awkwardly sit in on your conferences, congresses and other meetings.
Staring at you and making you uncomfortable.
Hamid ought not to worry about Brutor tracking about in his house...

Ha Brutor just staring and watching is so creepy, yet seems fitting! Can't imagine Hamid would want him around. Also would they let him into First Class on the train? Also, what if Bertie unleashes all his pomp and pageantry in his bedroom antics?!?! I agree I think seeing Sasha out of London will be brilliant for the character, already saw it with her asking Zolf loads of questions!

How many rogue levels does Wilde have? Also, I'm concerned that Hamid's quite so blase about his flat being easy to break into. 2 gold says that Wilde turns up either in Dover or Paris, having followed them. Beautiful episode folks!

Loved this episode. It's nice to see the characters being more open with each other, and I'm really excited about Zolf plot. Can't believe we got so close to finding out what happened to his foot and then everyone got distracted.

We don't really want all their back stories yet...

i will never tell what Brutor got up to in that time. That way I can have a starting point for his spin off adventures at a later date.
Brutor: the lost sessions.
