I laughed so much whilst we recorded this episode. I can only imagine the difficulty poor Alex Newall went through to edit it. Did everyone solve the special Christmas riddle and manage to find the episode? itunes briefly pointed to a previous episode, but I know several people found it on sound cloud and other should find a quick delete and refresh will fix itunes as well. Merry Christmas to all our loyal Rusties!

Giving it another listen today on the commute in. I struggled a little to separate the different voices out, and the unfamiliar game format confused me for a while.
Got there in the end but I need a second go through to hang it all together. I think the key to it all was remembering that you are each, in fact, a number of small creatures piled up in trench coats pretending to be one larger creature.
Goblin Quest sounds like a lot of fun though!
I have to say I'm with James in the decidedly not Christmassy boat, but I won't rant about that here. I hope you all have at the very least a satisfying Secular Non-Denominational Midwinter Jamboree (or equivalent), at Rusty Quill and in the wider community.

Yes, that made a great deal more sense the second time around! Brilliantly funny episode, I think I need to avoid making terrible life choices immediately before listening to the podcast in future...

Loved the episode, Grant just allowing you to roll as many dice as he thought were appropriate, just so you could die quicker was brilliant, I especially loved one of James' deaths on market research. I forgot how funny goblin quest actually was, due to someone stealing it before I entered 6th form, and I laughed through the entire episode. As Doktor Payne said it does slightly help if you think of all the other goblins being underneath one trench coat, while all off screen goblins are 'scooby-dooing' around the next corner (however many there are depends on how well you roll) Brilliant way to end my birthday.

It helps that being born on the shortest day of the year gives me slight dark powers, mainly those to get people to imitate goblins and wish me a happy birthday.

Yeah, happy birthday dude - hope it was a good one. Dark Powers, eh? I sure could have used some loathsome, vile magicks at work today...

Did he speak like a goblin at some point, if he did then I might have had something to do with it. If not then maybe the distance is just to great for these powers to properly work.

*APPLAUSE* Just *APPLAUSE*. Though probably not the best thing to be listening to whilst doing calligraphy...

Editing the chaos of these episodes made me seriously question my sanity at times.
