Well, the good news is, it got weirder. I hope you all enjoyed it as much as we did. Have to shout out to Alex Newall for the creation of some amazing soundscapes during this episode, we keep getting stranger and stranger situations and he somehow keeps managing to find sounds for them.

I listened through last night, and like last time will have to listen again - chaotic is the best word to describe it. Definitely fun but needs a couple of listens to piece it together!

It was all superb but I think the highly contagious Miss Haversham Inductive Syndrome (coz it's obviously not a Disorder - how could it be amidst all this chaos ) has to be the most sublimely ridiculous thing to come out of this. And I have to concur, the foley is amazing - Alex has outdone himself in sourcing material to underscore the 'narrative' so well and make this a cut above other podcasts.

I did listen out for horses whinnying in three different keys in reverse, just because I like to live dangerously. It wasn't until afterwards that I thought maybe that is the vector through which Mrs. Haversham breaks out into the real world...

*giggling coquettishly*
A haversham vector? Lawkes how whimsical!

Oh goodness me, what an utterly risible idea. With thinking like that you'll never find a willing suitor! *fans self*
... Next Halloween special should definitely be set in Alex's pathfinder universe with the team having to deal with a zombie-esque Haversham outbreak.

You know there's a regency ladies hack for goblin quest too, right?

Yeah but that won't include Bertie and Hamid, eligible suitors extraordinaire!
