Brave souls on the Channel, in the Channel and under it - how do they fare against all the storm is throwing at them? And just how many episodes does it take one party to travel 21 miles? Is Poseidon secretly rooting for #Brexit by keeping the British out of Europe*?! Much kudos to Alex for continuing to put out episodes of such quality in the face of goblin adversity! And to all of you for supporting us through this - we really do appreciate it. Special thanks also go to missnash for some excellent pieces of Bertie and Sasha fanart on our Twitter feed this week (check them out @therustyquill twitter.com/TheRustyQuill)(* See, it's not just sirbertrand who can do political 'wit' )

Liked the episode. The way that Alex dealt with the natural 1 was amazing, I would never have thought to do something like that. Also the giant metal squid/octopus type thing was legitimately scary and would have probably caused me to attack it if I was there. Quick edit, loved missnash's art that she made for the characters

So many wonderful little bits about this episode. I Expletive Deleted Love this game for it's ongoing development. I think Alex is getting to that point where he can really start to play around with the characters and the environment of the setting, but also having a little time to polish things on the production side.
My stand out moment, of possibly the podcast so far, has to be James having his limits as a role player tested. James and Bertie both shared the same frustration with the service tunnel maze puzzle extravaganza and it was good to see. I remember my first ever game, in which I also played a tanky fighter. It's so easy for everyone (players and GM's both) to overlook some of the roleplaying opportunities open to fighters, and the creative interplay between Alex and James making interesting things happen to Sir Bertrand really made this episode for me.
I also love how Hamid has "Not much mass..." in spades. This is why Hamid is my favourite. He truly is shiny and wonderful.

The ad spot in some of them with Hamid - "why yes it is a new cravat, how sweet of you to notice!" makes me grin every time. I can't wait to see that natural charisma translated into dragony goodness!

What we need is some proper shipping. Then we can have ship names.
