Hi guys!
I went to Quantum Leopard a couple nights ago (the comedy show James talks about in the ad breaks of Episodes 5 - 7). It was very good. James is as hilarious in real life as he is in the show (he did an amazing 'bit' about the experience of working from home) and the acts he invited on were very funny as well.
Also, the Rag Factory is 10 minutes away from the best bagels in Brick Lane, as recommended by genuine Bond villain Steven Berkoff.
Hope to see you there.
James (I'm not James Ross. I'm a different James. Honest!)

James is indeed a hilarious man. Most of the Rusty Quill team met through and improvised comedy group that ran for a few years called Fat Kitten Improv. James and Alex are both involved with shows at the Edinburgh Comedy festival this year. So if you happen to be there and you have enjoyed our show, you should check those out.

Hey James (Curtis), cheers for showing our Mr Ross your support. He runs a genuinely great night doesn't he!
You'll definitely want to swing by Quantum again after August as you will have a lot of top notch performers doing sets from finished Edinburgh shows so the quality should be very high.

Actual James Ross here, sorry for delay. Thanks for coming James!
The remaining Quantum Leopards we have booked in for 2015 are:
10/10/2015 Headliner Abigoliah Schamaun 7/11/2015 Headliner TBC 12/12/2015 Headliner Bec Hill
These will be at the Rag Factory, off Brick Lane, doors 1930 for a 2000 start. I'm also doing two London performances of my Edinburgh show, James Ross - Leopardoptera, at the Proud Archivist in Dalston on 4/9/2015 and 18/09/2015, with some excellent support acts in for both. All shows are pay-what-you-like because I'm a firm believer that lack of money should not exclude people from a decent night out!

I finally made it to one! Here's some thoughts on QL December:
Bryn has THE loudest laugh. I really feel for Alex as it is clear that not only James' powerful volume needs to be edited and worked around, especially the way James makes Bryn laugh...
I hope that one of James' unused character concepts makes an NPC cameo.
The night was excellent and everyone I spoke to was Lovely, with a capital L.
I am apparently not the only man from Aberdeen with a weird and indeterminate accent. I'm not even the funniest one.
2/3rds of a meringue tastes great with locally brewed London ale (when you have a bit of a sugar crash going on due to being hungover from the works Christmas party the night before, and a bit of a family health crisis occurring 400 odd miles away).
I heartily recommend a visit to QL to any of you who haven't been. Bring cups for your BYOB, bring a pen to make voting easier and have fun!

I do indeed have an extraordinarily loud laugh. This has been true for many years. It is always great to meet people who listen to the show and are on the forums, so do introduce yourself and explain who you are if you're ever there.

I did poorly at the "explaining who I was" at the time, due to real life CHA penalties, but I think my girlfriend Annie managed a better introduction than that (maybe). She was the one talking about halfling tossing, which will feature in my PF game when it starts.
