As we tend the break between seasons of Erasing the Line, it's finally time to answer the questions that we asked for, so very long ago now it seems. The mailbag ep sees everyone sit down with the one-man AGILE dev team that is GM Alex to talk about worldbuilding, characterisation and general podcasting issues surrounding the campaign.
Feel free to throw more questions at us, now that Season 1 is complete and we'll store them up for another mailbag ep. Also, which NPC would YOU like to go out with if you got the chance?
Hope everyone is keeping well during the break - we've got another guest-run special and a S1 recap coming up in the following weeks to take us into Season 2.

Who needs a recap when you can just run the entire series on repeat, and put it onto shuffle to shake things up?

Thanks for the interesting episode - especially the parts where people talked about creating interesting NPCs. (It's something I struggle with) Interesting insight into the editing process as well - it sounds like quite an undertaking, so I'm very grateful for the sacrifices made for our entertainment. I loved all the little insights into the characters, especially their ages. Zolf is basically trying to corral a bunch of people at that awkward "I'm just out of my teens and trying to find myself" stage, poor man. And Bertie. I always thought Bertie was slightly older than he actually is, but maybe because it's been a long time since I listened to the early podcasts. Looking forward to part 2

Also enjoyed the podcast. The tips on voices is going to be very useful since I try to do voices for my NPC's and after a few weeks of not using that an npc I forget what voice I was using for them. So thank you for that one Alex!

I do a bit of sound editing in my job and Alex, I just want you to know that I feel your pain. I really, really feel it.
Great getting the insight into some of your process and a bit of extra info about the characters. Looking forward to part 2!

Oh, man, that thing was an otyugh? I've always pronounced it "ot-you", but I've used one in my previous campaigns ^.^

My own abiding memory of fighting an otyugh was in a very short-lived campaign trying the recover the body of my ex-boyfriend (which was my previous character, who had perished the session before ).

I think the Battlemaster got tetanus fighting it, so that was fun. The Mage was also being possessed by an ancient Cleric at the time, so it added a great ticking clock to the party.
