OR: "Upstaged"
The antagonist has appeared centre stage and LOLOMG are waiting in the wings (well, kinda) to make their grand entrances as the noble, heroic protagonists they are... Okay, so there are a *few* setbacks but that's all perfectly normal in the run up to the victorious climax... right?
So it takes a bit of time for them to gear up, but once they're on the move, they have heroic momentum with them - 'charismatic' Hamid and Bertie 'Silent Death' MacGuffingham take on Kafka while far below Grizzop and 'not very undead' Sasha deal with the zombie extras.
Basically, there are scary things afoot at the opera house as Kafka starts improvising, but will everyone else remember their lines here...

I'd like to point out that Hamid was extremely useless in this fight, partially because he'd used all his spell slots earlier in the day on invisibility to hide from his past, and on magic missiles against all the zombies. (Yes, this is all the same day). Getting hit by the obliterate mind, or whatever it was called, certainly had an impact as well, of course...

Does that mean LOLOMG only met Grizzop a few hours ago?!

OUCH, argh, Feeblemind spell! That's one of the worst! On the plus side - adorable baby-dragon that can be carried in Bertie's vacant pet sling. XD This was a great episode! Hilarious roleplaying from everyone and really awesome work on the sound effects! And great fighting from Lydia and Ben! Also I really liked the creepiness of Kafka.

I'm so happy that Hamid nailed that perform check. It was very narratively satisfying.
What build are you using for Grizzop's race and do you feel that it's a good build?

Grizzop's just a standard Pathfinder Goblin (first party, Featured Race on the SRD). It's a 10RP choice which we haven't dealt with, but given the way we play Grizzop being slightly overpowered isn't really a problem (at least it hasn't been yet, and I'll make RP choices to mitigate mechanical issues if it ever becomes an issue).
I'm not massively into digging down into the rules and making specifically powerful builds, but I'm using a Paladin build guide and I'm really happy with him right now. Doesn't render any other party member irrelevant, but still fulfils the role that Zolf did while being different enough to be noticeably new.

I've been looking at the very same one and wondering if it feels unbalanced with the +4 to dex (especially on top of small size, that's gotta make Grizzop quite hard to hit). It's good to know that it's playing alright so far.

Small, +4 dex and paladin is a VERY potent combo. I won’t lie, it’s difficult to work around as a GM. Not because he is unkillable, it’s just that it’s difficult to build encounters that still challenge him without running the risk of immediate Death for the whole party if he is taken out. I.e. overpowered enemy AND a player down is a BAD combo.

I'm pulling together an alternate set of playable races for a game (some of them I've made myself), and I've been concerned because a lot of them have a dex bonus. Any advice for compensating for that if the party ends up with an unusually high average dex? Just increase CR, or would it be more appropriate to up the BAB of enemies?

I always choose to increase cr. It allows for more variety of encounter. You get whole new monsters AND can use the original ones. Just MORE of them.
