...I've just been worrying about the scream from the house when Lionel went to see the students. Who was that, what did they do to that person in the search of knowledge? (although we have a terrifying and informed idea) That was the point that things went from sinister to terrifying - it's one thing to scare the daylights out of university tutors, it's quite another when they start murdering people. Or...something. Given their inquisitive nature I can't help but think things were...protracted. Another thought: do these things actually understand pain? I could be wrong (I need to listen to the episode again) but they might not have actively malicious intent. It could be simple curiosity.

Damn it, Professors. ALWAYS begin with "Pain = Bad" in Biology 101. Could have avoided this whole murdering business.

IGiven the scene with the hearts, i f eventually they do gain "perfect" anatomical knowledge do you think they could get dead bodies moving again? (If not alive, not in the conventional sense)
